Alexandra Holinski BSc, MSc, PhD

Alexandra joined EMBL-EBI in 2017 as a Scientific Training Officer and is responsible for a number of on-site training courses. Alexandra completed her PhD at the Institute of Biophysics and Physical Biochemistry, studying the allostery and protein-protein interaction of a metabolic bi-enzyme complex using reconstructed enzyme variants. Before her PhD, she obtained an MSc in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Regensburg, after gaining her BSc in Chemistry from the University of Konstanz.
