Alexander Von Friesen PhD

Alexander von Friesen is Partner and Co-Head of the German M&A practice with a dedicated healthcare focus. He has over 25 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. During his career he has led numerous national and cross-border M&A transactions mainly in healthcare, advising public institutions, corporates as well as financial investors. Prior to joining PwC in 2002, Alexander worked at an investment bank and for an accounting firm in M&A advising on mid cap transactions. Alexander studied law at Freiburg University and did a PhD in European subsidy law. He is fluent in German and English as well as conversant in French.
