Alexander Oliver MBBS, FRCA

Dr Alex Oliver has both a private and an NHS practice at The Royal Marsden. He has been a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Royal Marsden since December 2002.
He is the lead clinician for pre-assessment and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET). He organised the set-up and running of pre-assessment clinics at The Royal Marsden, and the purchase and running of CPET.
Dr Oliver specialises in anaesthesia for major and complex colorectal and pelvic surgery, including sacrectomy, and paediatrics. He is also experienced in total intravenous anaesthesia techniques.
