Alexander Loch MBBS (Germany), MD (Germany), MRCP (UK), FNHAM, MCEM (UK)

Dr. Alexander Loch pursued his medical studies at Schiller University in Germany and St. George’s Hospital Medical School in London, UK. He trained in various hospitals both in Germany and the UK. He serves as an Associate Professor in Non-Invasive and Interventional Cardiology and Internal Medicine at the University Malaya Medical Centre. He also has a keen interest in Acute Medicine and contributed to the set-up of the Master's program in Emergency Medicine at the University of Malaya. He is passionate about critical care ultrasonography and teaches with the Winfocus group throughout the region. Dr. Alexander has carried out various research projects published in international peer-reviewed journals. He is a fellow and active member of the National Heart Association of Malaysia.
