Alexander Dworkowitz JD

Alexander Dworkowitz is a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP and a member of Manatt Health, where he advises healthcare providers, insurers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, technology companies, trade associations, and government agencies on complex healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. His practice focuses on health privacy and data sharing, Medicare Advantage and Part D compliance, pharmaceutical coverage and reimbursement, and emerging healthcare policy issues.

Before joining Manatt, Dworkowitz served as a law clerk to Judge Alvin Hellerstein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and worked as a senior analyst with the healthcare team at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he analyzed healthcare data and policy issues for reports to Congress.

Dworkowitz earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He also holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale College.
