Alexander De Graeff MD, PhD

Alexander de Graeff works as an internist-oncologist at the UMC Utrecht and as a hospice doctor at the Demeter Academic Hospice in De Bilt. He is also editor-in-chief of the guidelines for palliative care of the VIKC.
