Alessandro Sionis is the Director of the Acute and Intensive Cardiac Care Unit of the Cardiology Department at the Hospital de la Santa Creu I Sant Pau in Barcelona, Spain. He is also Associate Professor of Cardiology at the Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona. His main research interests are in the field of acute cardiac care and critical care.
