Alessandro Buda MD

Dr. Alessandro Buda, MD is a Director of the UOC of Oncological Gynecology of the ASL CN2 Alba-Bra at the “Michele e Pietro Ferrero” Hospital in Verduno (CN) from 01-12-2020. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in March 1999 at the University of Milan, and he specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics in 2005 at the University of Milan-Bicocca. 

During his university education, he spent a training period as an oncology researcher at the Laboratory of Biomolecular Epidemiology of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. Since 2006 he has been hired at the San Gerardo Hospital in Monza and with the help of two great masters who have succeeded each other at the helm of the Clinic - Prof Costantino Mangioni and Prof Rodolfo Milani, he has specialized in particular in the field of gynecological surgery of female tumors, both open and minimally invasive laparoscopic. 

Dr. Buda has spent numerous refresher periods at prestigious international realities such as Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York and the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, which consolidated over the years, allowed them to continue the process of growth, comparison, and collaboration, both personnel and figures belonging to the Simple Unit that he directed at the Gynecology Division of San Gerardo.
