Aldo Rolfo MBA

Holding a Science Degree and MBA, Aldo has spent over 30 years in the radiation oncology sector in Australia as a Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist and Manager. Now in the UK, Aldo heads GenesisCare’s European sector as Executive Manager. Before leaving Australia, Aldo drove the business, clinical and technical elements of GenesisCare’s Cancer Service of the Future program leading transformational program change which he now drives throughout the European businesses. Having also been responsible for National Leadership and Coordination of clinical initiatives, as well as high quality care that delivers improved clinical outcomes for patients, Aldo has strong command over what constitutes the key elements of a comprehensive oncology service. This is also demonstrated in his experience of developing optimized models of work that deliver efficient and safe workflows that have outcomes in improved staff satisfaction and return on investment for shareholders. Aldo was also involved as an investigator in several Government funded clinical trials and research projects. Finally, Aldo was instrumental in the redesign of the Australian Medicare Radiation Oncology funding schedule which resulted in the modernisation of funding policy in Radiation Oncology in Australia.
