Albina is the Chief of the Dermatology Department of Clinic of Plastic Surgery and Dermatology "Total Charm" Tbilisi, Georgia. He is a Scientific Director and founder of the Congress "International Caucasian Congress on Plastic Surgery and Dermato-Cosmetology - Kolkhida". He is a Member of WOSIAM association (World Society Interdisciplinary Anti-Aging Medicine), AAAM (American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine), GSAM (Georgian Society of Aesthetic Medicine). The winner of the ''Art of Beauty'' awards for aesthetic medicine, the winner of the "Anti- Aging Beauty Trophy" in nomination "Best clininical case- Non-surgical rhinoplasty".He is Honor member of Italian Society of Beauty.
