Alberto Ofenhejm Gotfryd MD, PhD

Dr. Alberto Ofenhejm Gotfryd is a reference orthopedist in spinal surgery. In the academic field, he holds a Master's, Doctorate, and Post Doctorate from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo.

Currently, Dr. Alberto Gotfryd is the head doctor of the spine surgery team at the Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein ( HIAE ), Guest Professor of the Medicine Course at the Israeli Faculty of Health Sciences Albert Einstein, in addition to acting as Assistant Physician of the Spine Group of the Department of Orthopedics at the Santa Casa de São Paulo.

Dr. Gotfryd's research interests are Orthopedics, Trauma, Spine Surgery, Low Back Pain, Spine Fractures, Scoliosis, Spondylolisthesis,  Spinal Stenosis, Spine Neoplasms, Spinal Cord Injury, and Musculoskeletal Disorders.
