Albert Diefenbacher is a Chief Physician of the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics of Ev. Hospital Königin Elisabeth Herzberge in Berlin is Prof. Diefenbacher's focus on the treatment of somatic and psychological comorbidity, counseling psychiatry and psychosomatics. In addition to his lectureship in psychiatry at the Berlin Charité, a honorary professor of music therapy holds a position at the University of the Arts in Berlin. His commitment is not only a longtime member of the Berlin State Psychiatric Advisory Council, but also the founder and director of the Section for Consultation-Liaison-Psychiatry and Psychosomatics of the European Psychaitric Association (EPA).
