Albane Ferraris graduated of a triple cursus program. She obtained a Master of Bioengineering at Polytech Marseille. In conjunction with, a M. Sc. in Structural Biochemistry and a University degree in Design of Experiments and Data Analysis. She been working at Lonza (Switzerland) in their downstream process optimization department, on aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS). During this time, Albane worked on liquid/liquid extraction systems and developed ATPS characterization and application via high throughput screening methods. Joining Merck in the Biopharma Technology and Innovation group, in early 2017, she is dedicated to the development of the robotic platform and to the monitoring and evaluation of new technologies.
