Dr. Alan S. Polackwich Jr. is a urologist and earned his medical degree in 2008 at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He then completed a general surgery and urology residency at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Polackwich also completed a fellowship in male infertility and andrology in 2015 with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Polackwich’s areas of clinical interest include male infertility, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, microsurgery, varicoceles, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, urologic prosthetics, testicular pain, male pelvic/prostate pain. He has written numerous book chapters, review articles and original research papers on chronic genital pain, vasectomy reversal and outcomes, male infertility and IVF. Dr. Polackwich is also currently conducting multi-institutional studies on testicular pain and microsurgery.
