Alan R. Heath BSc, Psych

Alan is a Director and Founder of Learning Solutions, an organization based in Yorkshire, UK, that since 1996 has been dedicated to helping children and adults maximize their learning potential. He is also the co-developer of The Movement Program and TAVS (Test of Auditory and Visual Skills). He has trained extensively in areas of sensory processing, Bi-Lateral Integration, Childhood Reflexes, Rhythmic Movement Training and Sound Therapies with a particular interest in the integration and processing of sensory information at a neurodevelopmental level.

Alan has presented at major Educational Conferences in the UK for many years and is known as a lively and inspiring speaker. He is a dedicated speaker for NASEN (National Association for Special Educational Needs) in the UK and has trained professionals and presented at conferences across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. Alan runs a private consultancy for children combining sensory assessment and remediation programmes using sound stimulation and movement work and is the author of ‘Beating Dyslexia A Natural Way’ published in 1997.
