Alan Hochberg BS

Alan Hochberg is a Process Development Leader in Safety Risk Management at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel, Switzerland, where he is involved in drug safety signal detection. He was formerly Vice President of Research for ProSanos Corp., a biomedical informatics company in Harrisburg, PA, where he was involved in the development and evaluation of algorithms for drug safety signal detection and investigation.
He has worked as a technical professional in biostatistics, bioinformatics and biomedical engineering for the past 35 years. He previously worked for DuPont, Hologic, Inc., and Ortho Diagnostics (J&J). Mr. Hochberg holds several patents on medical devices, and on data analysis methods for biologically-derived signals. He received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
