Alain Huriez

I am a physician with a previous experience as head of emergency room and general practitioner. I joined the industry sector 25 years ago where I have developed several biotechnology products. I became a venture capital investor in 2002 before managing two biotechnology companies as CEO, from 2003 to 2012. I am now Venture Partner at Advent Life Sciences, a well-established VC in London. I remain chairman of EPEMED, the European Personalised Medicine organisation which I founded in 2009 and that is based in Luxembourg.
