Alain Brassard MD, FRCPC, FABD, FAAD

Dr Brassard is a Medical Dermatologist interested in complex dermatological conditions such as Auto-immune Connective Tissue diseases, wound healing and skin manifestations of immunodeficiency. Surprisingly, patients can get very sick with skin diseases and get hospitalized. I have the honor of being the director of the Dermatology in-patient service to help those suffering individuals.

Dr Brassard was the Chair of the Dermatology Examination Committee, Chair of the Specialty Committee and also an external reviewer for the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada. He has a strong interest in medical education, program evaluation and assessment.
