Alaide Chieffo MD, IRCCS, FSCAI

Dr. Chieffo is a full-time interventional cardiologist and Director of Research at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan Italy. She also serves as Scientific Coordinator of the Master in Interventional Cardiology at University Vitae Salute, Milan, Italy. She is also WIN SCAI Program Co-chair. She acted as a PI, co-PI, and co-investigator of several investigator-driven and/or sponsored national and/or international clinical trials. She has authored/co-authored more than 420 papers, had 17484citations and has an H index= 63 (Author ID: 6603921260). She has won multiple research awards (including the Thomas J. Linnemeier Spirit of Interventional Cardiology Young Investigator Award in 2006) She has been co-founder and co-chair of WIN (Women in Innovation) Initiative and she is currently Treasurer of EAPCI (2020-2022).
