Aj (joop) De Langen MD, PhD, MSc

Joop de Langen (1978) is a thoracic oncologist at the Netherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In 2012 de Langen received his PhD from the VU University in Amsterdam. The thesis was about validation and qualification of molecular imaging tests (DCE-MRI and several PET tracers) as markers of early response during targeted therapy. De Langen completed his respiratory residency at the VU Medical Center in 2013 and is currently working as a thoracic oncologist at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (AvL-NKI) with the focus on non-small cell lung cancer.
