Ahna Crum is the Founder and Lead Practitioner of Restorative Nutrition, where she specializes in integrative and functional medical nutrition therapy for individuals with chronic and autoimmune conditions. A licensed dietitian, Ahna brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work, shaped by her own journey as a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) warrior and survivor of complex health challenges, including avascular necrosis and bilateral hip replacement.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and completed a Master’s certificate in Dietetics with an emphasis on health and wellness. Ahna is certified in Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy (IFMNT) and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Ahna’s approach to care is rooted in the belief that healing is not a one-size-fits-all solution. She focuses on individualized nutrition strategies that consider each client’s unique biochemistry, lifestyle, and health history rather than applying generalized protocols. Her work bridges evidence-based science with compassionate, patient-centered care.

With the perspective of both a practitioner and a patient, Ahna is deeply committed to empowering others on their healing journeys through education, personalized nutrition, and restorative lifestyle practices.
