Ahmed Humaid

Ahmed Humaid is an Emergency Physician Consultant at Zayed Military with experience in field Medicine and a passion for medical simulation, emergency cardiology, teaching, and research and pre hospital emergency care.

Dr. Ahmed graduated from medical school in 1999 from Ain Shams University. Then, in 2007, he finished his post graduate training in family medicine and emergency medicine from Ottawa University, Canada. Dr. Ahmed chaired emergency department at Zayed Military Hospital in 2008 for four years where he orchestrated the team in passing first JCIA in 2010. Later, in 2012, Dr. Ahmed moved to a challenging role in field medicine, where he led the team of mobile field hospital in different missions and accomplishments. Dr. Ahmed enjoys reading and jogging during his non work time.
