Agustin Gonzalez-vicente MS, PhD

Dr. Agustin Gonzalez-Vicente is a Research Associate in the Department of Inflammation and Immunity at Lerner Research Institute, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Dr. Augustin received his PhD in Biology from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina in the year 2018. Later, he joined Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA for his Postdoctoral training in Bioinformatics and Renal Genomics under Dr. Ulrich Hopfer. Dr. Agustin has published some remarkable papers in reputed journals and has participated in several international conferences.

Dr. Agustin Gonzalez-Vicente is a renal physiologist focused on genomics and data analysis. His work is in association with a research group conducting both basic and clinical research. His immediate goal is to use bioinformatics to answer biological questions relevant to renal disease mechanisms. His long? term goal is to lead a translational science team and become a part of a functional cohort of investigators contributing to the development and improvement of kidney precision medicine.
