Afshin Dowlati MD

Afshin Dowlati, MD, is a professor of medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. He is also the Rosalie and Morton A. Cohen Chair in Lung Cancer and the Lucile and Robert Gries Endowed Director of the Center for Lung Cancer Drug Development.

Dr. Dowlati earned his medical degree from the University of Liège school of medicine in Liege, Belgium, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. He underwent further training as a resident in internal medicine and as a fellow in hematology/medical oncology at Case Western Reserve.
