From 2010 to 2013 Complex Operational Unit Manager – Director of the Molecular Allergy Center, IDI-IRCCS, Rome. Since 2013 Founding Associate, Administrator / Representative, Scientific / Professional Coordinator of the Associated Centers of Molecular Allergology, Rome. From 2005 to 2006 Scientific Advisor of the Experimental Allergy Module, IDI-IRCCS, Rome. From 2006 to 2009 Advisor member of the "Subcommittee on Diagnostic Allergy Techniques", Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute, Wayne, PA, USA.

Since 2008 Scientific Director of IFARAI Onlus (International Fund for Advanced Research in Allergy and Immunology). Since 2012 Member of the Subcommittee for the Standardization and Quality Assessment of Immunological Diagnostics of the International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS). From 1998 to 2000 Collaboration in the research project "Environment and Allergy" of the Ministry of the Environment in collaboration with the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (1998-2000). From 2001 to 2005 EU-CREATE Project Development of certified reference materials for allergenic products and validation of methods for their quantification.

In 2000 he was responsible for the creation, development, and management of the website “Allergome-Database of Allergeni c Molecules” (www.allergome.org). In 2003 he was involved in the creation of the “Allergy Data Laboratories sc”. Since 2008 he has been part of the EU-FAST Project-Towards Safe and Effective Immunotherapy of Persistent Life-Threatening Food Allergies. From 2009 to 2010 CRPA SpA 2009- P-R_NATURALLY FUNCTIONAL: it dealt with the identification of components and nutritional principles of functional value present in Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Since 2011 he has been working at INAIL - Occupational Medicine Department (formerly ISPESL) - Immunological response and occupational allergological risk from exposure to laboratory animals. He is the author of numerous publications and communications.
