Adrian Crucean MD, MS, PhD

Adrian Crucean is the UK's only Specialty Doctor in Congenital Heart Surgery. He is also a honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham. Adrian has a Masters degree in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery and a PhD in Foetal Cardiac Surgery from the University of Sant’Anna, Pisa, Italy. He furthered his knowledge in ECMO and cardiac surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London and Glenfield Hospital. He has also spent time in clinical research with Professor EH Blackstone at The Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA.
