Adrian C. Bateman MD, MRCPath

Adrian Bateman is a consultant histopathologist to Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust (appointed in 1997) and an honorary senior lecturer in pathology at the University of Southampton. His main area of interest is gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary-pancreatic pathology. He has developed a referral practice for the histopathological aspects of IgG4-related disease on a regional and national basis and provides pathology input to the Oxford IgG4-Rd study team. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Diagnostic Histopathology.
