Aditi Saxena MD, MMSc

Dr. Aditi Saxena, MD, MMSc, is a physician-scientist and clinical research leader with expertise spanning internal medicine, endocrinology, and translational clinical research. She currently serves as Vice President and Clinical Research Head of the Internal Medicine Research Unit at Pfizer, where she leads strategic clinical programs aimed at advancing therapies across internal medicine therapeutic areas. In addition to her industry role, Dr. Saxena is an Attending Physician in the Endocrine Division at the VA Boston Healthcare System, where she provides clinical care for patients with complex hormonal and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, and related endocrine conditions.

Dr. Saxena completed her endocrinology fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where she was recognized among the program’s notable alumni. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and subsequently completed residency training in internal medicine at Boston Medical Center. She also holds a Master of Medical Sciences (MMSc) from Harvard Medical School, reflecting her integration of clinical training with research and academic accomplishment.
