Adi Cooper

Adi Cooper is the Strategic Director for Adult Social Services, Housing and Health in the London Borough of Sutton. A qualified social worker, social work manager and professional leader in adult social care for over 20 years, she has worked in several London Boroughs. She has led and successfully delivered personalisation of adult social services: achievements ranging from 80% of service users on personal budgets (2012/13) to moving patients from Orchard Hill hospital into the Community. She is the co-Chair of the Association of Director of Adult Social Services (ADASS) Safeguarding Adults Policy Network.
