Susan Feeney, DNP, FNP-BC, NP-C is member of the Fitzgerald faculty. Fitzgerald Health Education Associates is an international provider of nurse practitioner certification preparation and continuing education for healthcare providers.. She presents the Fitzgerald Nurse Practitioner Certification Exam Review and Advanced Practice Update for family, adult-gerontology and adult nurse practitioners.

Ms. Feeney is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is an Assistant Professor at University of Massachusetts Graduate School of Nursing, Worcester

Ms. Feeney is a member of the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties, the New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International. She is the recipient of the Sigma Theta Tau award of Excellence in Outstanding Graduate Student Achievement and the Campus Compact for New Hampshire President's Good Steward Award.

She was featured in the article "Using Physical Assessment when Assessing Nutritional Status" in the peer-reviewed journal, ICAN: Infant, Child, and Adolescent Nutrition. She is the co-author of "Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis: A Primary Care Consensus Guideline," featured in The American Journal of Managed Care. She has presented posters on primary care and family NP educational innovations at local regional and national conferences.

Ms. Feeney presents workshops on the topics of Common Dermatologic Procedures and Common Office Procedures. Susan presents workshops in collaboration with other Fitzgerald associates on the topics of Suturing Basics for Primary and Urgent Care Providers and Suturing: Beyond the Basics. She also lectures nationally on a wide variety of clinical practice topics including migraine headache, sleep disorders, antimicrobial management of respiratory infections, sports physical and injury assessment, common gastrointestinal complaints, mental health issues in primary care, and pharmacology.
