Adam P. Klausner

Dr. Adam Klausner is an associate professor and the Director of Neurourology, Female Urology, and Voiding Dysfunction at VCU Medical Center. He is a board certified urologist who received fellowship training in bladder physiology and voiding dysfunction. Dr. Klausner holds additional appointments with VCU Obstetrics & Gynecology and at McGuire VA Medical Center and University of Virginia Medical Center. Dr. Klausner received his undergraduate degree in English at Cornell University and graduated with academic distinction. He completed his medical degree at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse NY, graduating magna cum laude and as an officer of the AOA National Medical Honor Society.He completed residency training in urology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. After his residency, Dr. Klausner completed a basic science research fellowship investigating mechanisms of voiding and erectile dysfunction at the University Virginia.
