Adam C. Fields, MD is a second-year Quality and Safety Fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and Medical Degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is currently in the middle of his Surgery Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Adam Co-Chairs the Communication, Apology, and Resolution Program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He has authored several papers on reducing postoperative opioid use, quality of care in surgery, and the management of colorectal neoplasms.
