Dr. Achal Gulati the Director and Principal at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College, Delhi has been appointed as the President of the Ethics and Medical Registration Board at the National Medical Commission (NMC). After graduating from the University of Delhi did his post-graduation from the prestigious PGIMER, Chandigarh. He is a fellow of the International Medical Science Academy, he has all-around varied interests ranging from professional excellence in the field of Head and Neck Surgery and Endoscopic Sinus Surgery to the field of Medical education.
