Abhilasha Mishra MSc, PhD

Abhilasha Madhvi Mishra recently completed three years of postdoctoral research at the public health research institute, Rutgers University, New Jersey. He worked on genetic mutations of SARS-CoV2, and assay development. She is a cell culture specialist, with years of experience handling and manipulating different cell lines (HuH 7, HuH 7.5, HEK 293T, S10, hMDMs, and BMDMs). She is also adept in molecular biology techniques encompassing vaccine research and drug discovery. Her training includes but is not limited to RTqPCR, ELISA, Cell culture, In-vitro manipulation (transcription & translation), cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, Ampliseq, and electroporation.
