Abhijit Chatterjee MBBS, MD, DM

Dr. Abhijit Chatterjee is an established and distinguished Neurologist in Kolkata, with over 35 years' experience in the medical profession. He graduated from Calcutta Medical College in 1971 and later completed his postgraduate studies and training for the MD degree at IPGME&R in 1976. Dr. Chatterjee then chose Neurology as his super-specialty and obtained the postdoctoral DM (Neurology) degree from Calcutta University in 1980.

Dr. Abhijit Chatterjee has vast experience and expertise in treating epilepsy, stroke, neuropathic pain, headache, and dementia, among other neurological disorders. He is a member of several associations connected with his field, including the Indian Academy of Neurology, the Neurological Society of India and the Association of Neuroscientists of Eastern India. In addition, Dr. Chatterjee is a member of other prestigious institutions of Kolkata including the Rotary Club, Bengal Club, Tollygunge Club, and Calcutta Club.
