Dr. Khayat completed her training in University of Florida in USA. She worked for seven years as Chairman of Department of Pediatrics at the American Hospital Dubai, and for the past 3 years as Pediatric Consultant and Ambulatory Pediatric Director at Tawam Hospital in Al Ain.

Dr. Khayat practice is focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in children. She has special interest in premature infants, youth, and children with special health care needs.
