Baqui He founded the Projahnmo Study Group in Bangladesh, a program that has been pivotal in advancing research in maternal, newborn, and child health. In addition, he directs the International Center for Maternal and Newborn Health at Johns Hopkins, leading efforts to improve health outcomes for mothers and newborns around the world. He has published nearly 400 papers, and his work continues to influence global health policies and practices.
