Professor Abdulla Shehab has 25 years of experience in internal medicine, cardiology, interventional cardiology, and medical education. He holds the following awards from UAEU: Best Service, Best Teaching, and Best Clinical Research. Professor Shehab is a chief editor of Emirates Medical Journal and has also served as editor in many other regional and international journals. He has published 152 papers in Medline. His special interests are Heart failure, Coronary artery disease, Dyslipidaemia, Hypertension, Arrhythmias, Cardiac intervention, Cardiac imaging, Screening for cardiac disease in sports players, and Cardiovascular disease in pregnancy.
