Abdul Samad Punekar MBBS, MRCP, FRCR, CCT

Dr. Punekar worked in the UK for 10 years where he conducted his specialist training at the Northern Deanery and was a consultant radiologist at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UK) from 2009 to 2014. During this time he was a core member of the multidisciplinary teams for GI cancers in the West Yorkshire Cancer network and for IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). He moved to Abu Dhabi in 2014 and was Head of Department and Consultant Radiologist at Kings College Hospitals Clinics, Abu Dhabi before joining Mediclinic. He is a member of the General Medical Council (UK), the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) and the British Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology.
