Abdul-hamid Bazarbachi MD

Abdul-Hamid Bazarbachi, MD, is a Hematology/Oncology Fellow at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut Faculty of Medicine. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr Bazarbachi’s research interests lie in multiple myeloma and its therapies, namely allogeneic stem cell transplantation. His recent work has included involvement in clinical trials to assess the efficacy of pharmacological agents such as azacytidine after allogeneic stem cell transplantations, as well as contributing to a comprehensive review of allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation for myelofibrosis.
