Abbey Kendall is the Director of the Working Women’s Centre SA In. The Working Women’s Centre is a not for profit organisation that provides free industrial information, advice and representation to vulnerable women and workers. The WWC is also engaged in research, education and training. The WWC, in its 40th year of operation, has a strong history of being at the forefront of law reform and social change for working women and people. The Centre facilitates workplace training for businesses and has the capacity to conduct training locally and on a national scale.

By trade, Abbey is an employment and industrial lawyer. Over the last decade, Abbey has worked for small and national labour law firms, unions and until recently was the Chairperson of the Young Worker’s Centre. Abbey is also an endorsed Our Watch trainer and regularly writes and speaks about work, women and workplace relations.
