Aaron Pham PharmD, BCOP

Aaron Pham is currently the clinical education supervisor and clinical hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant pharmacist at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). In his administrative role, he oversees staff education and onboarding, preceptor development, clinical quality, and pharmacist credentialing and privileging. He is also the director of the PGY1 pharmacy residency program and previously served as a pharmacy internship manager. In his clinical role, he practices in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
