WISO SE Consulting GmbH is active in the field of health and social policy. The most important activity of the company is the organization of interprofessional health policy congresses.

The Capital Congress for Medicine and Health in Berlin, with approximately 5,000 participants, 150 exhibitors, and 450 speakers, is the most important congress event in the German healthcare sector. Held annually since 1998, the three-day congress has become a key event for decision-makers from politics, hospitals, nursing, the healthcare industry, medicine, and academia. Here, year after year, the most important reform projects are discussed in an interdisciplinary and cross-professional dialogue, setting the course for the modernization of the German healthcare system. The Capital Congress for Medicine and Health ("HSK"), under the umbrella of the Capital Forum for Health Policy, comprises three specialized congresses: the Health Management Congress, the Nursing Management Congress, and the Forum for Medicine and Innovation. A program of approximately 100 events is offered over the three days of the congress – not including the individual presentations in the exhibition forum. The HSK is regularly attended by high-ranking federal and state ministers, as it provides a crucial, and sometimes controversial, forum for exchange with all professional groups within the healthcare sector.
