Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA)

Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA) was established in 1976 at a time when the physician assistant was a relatively unknown position in the medical field. Over time, WAPA has promoted public awareness and understanding of PAs, advocated on behalf of Wisconsin PAs, helped PAs find jobs in Wisconsin and provided continuing medical education to PAs.

To Enhance and Grow the Physician Assistant profession in Wisconsin.
