Tulsa County Medical Society was established in 1907 as the professional organization for physicians in Tulsa County and currently represents over 750 allopathic and osteopathic physicians, 532 medical Students and 171 residents. The purpose of Tulsa County Medical Society is: “To promote the art and science of medicine, foster ethical practices among members and unite the medical profession in promoting public health.”
The mission of the medical society is: “To be the advocate for both physicians and patients, to support quality health care, to be a leader in health care reform and to sustain a continuing dialogue between the membership and the community in which we live and work.” Tulsa County Medical Society offers many opportunities throughout the year for our members to network both socially with their spouses and at business meetings.
