ABOUT US :
WHO WE ARE :
We are the Pan-Arabian Research Society for Gynecologic Oncology – a non-political and not-for-profit association established on the 30th October 2016.
PARSGO provides an international platform for discussion and exchange amongst members with a professional interest in the prevention, treatment, and research of gynecological cancers.
OUR MISSION :
• To promote the health and wellbeing of women with gynecological cancers in the Arab world
• To promote and facilitate collaborative research into the following aspects of gynecological oncology:
>Healthcare Services
>Prevention
>Early detection and screening
>Diagnosis
>Management
> Cancer care
• To achieve high standards of professional care in gynecologic oncology in the Arab world through:
>Educational activities including academic and clinical exchange programmes within the Arab countries, Europe and worldwide
>Training of professionals treating gynecological cancers and establishing a process for certification
Setting up multidisciplinary standards of care for women with gynecological cancer
>Promoting communication with other scientific and professional organisations involved in the treatment of women with gynecological cancer in the Arab countries, Europe and worldwide
