The FRCS Mentor

The FRCS Mentor is a non-profit network of Orthopaedic Surgeons who are enthusiastic about surgical education. They aim to facilitate surgical knowledge exchange by establishing successful mentorship to orthopaedic candidates preparing for their exit FRCS Orth Exams. Ultimately, this would improve patients' care all over the globe.

​Their work model is a multi-facet platform, covering all aspects of FRCS and orthopaedics in general, through daily discussions, online and face to face mentorship, weekly webinars, weekly viva session, in addition to a library of lecture videos, summary notes, and link to important resources and recommended courses.

Mission:
They are a non-profit network of dedicated surgeons; their mission is to facilitate surgical knowledge exchange by establishing successful mentorship to orthopaedic candidates preparing for their exit FRCS Exams.

They aim to deliver and promote learning through different platforms to national and international candidates undertaking the Fellowship examination and preparing for a career as a Consultant of Trauma and Orthopaedics enabling excellence in the delivery of surgical practice and knowledge.

Vision:
Their vision is to unlock knowledge sharing barriers between the east and west by facilitating top-notch teaching by experts in their fields in an exam-oriented approach to candidates at different stages in their careers all around the globe.
