Swiss Society of Dermatology and Venereology (SSDV) / Schweizerische Gesellschaft fur Dermatologie und Venerologie (SGDV)

The Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology SGDV has been the professional and professional organization for dermatologists in Switzerland for over 100 years. It represents its members vis-à-vis the population, authorities, health insurers, collective bargaining partners and other institutions. And she is committed to the skin health of the Swiss population.

In addition to the exchange of scientific and practical knowledge and experience, its main tasks also include the promotion of quality, research and education as well as cooperation with national and international organizations. It aims to guarantee a scientifically and medically high level of dermatology and venereology in Switzerland.

The SGDV is organized as an association. The supreme body is the General Assembly. Operationally, the SGDV is managed by the Executive Committee, to which the General Secretariat is attached.
