The Research Group of Suzanne Sindi focuses on theoretical and computational modeling of biological phenomena. Specifically, we are interested in the following:

• Identification of Structural Variation from High Throughput Sequencing Data
• Genome Evolution and Population Dynamics

Mathematical and computational biology, specifically in analytical and computational modeling of prion transmission in yeast and genetic structural variants
