Sport & Exercise Medicine Switzerland (SEMS) aims to promote sports and exercise medicine and related activities in the field of multidisciplinary research, teaching, and practice for everyone. It cares for the health of the entire population – from elite athletes to recreational sports enthusiasts to disabled athletes.

The SEMS promotes and organizes sports and exercise medicine in Switzerland to enhance performance, health, and quality of life. The SEMS combats the use of doping and drugs to enhance performance.
